Every gangster worth his salt on the street knows that a killing needs to be anonymous, even when there are witnesses. A reputation so great and powerful that it can silence anyone, at any time even if it is broad daylight and they have perfect vision. But one can never be too sure about the night when even the walls have ears and rivals are always looking to take advantage. So what does one do to secure the secrecy and to ensure that one's reputation is still golden? One needs to know how to make a silencer.
Anybody with a contact can get a gun. Not everybody who has a gun has a permit to carry one and even if one has a permit, one can't have too many guns. It is simply a matter of protection, right? Now, most people who sell guns also sell silencers as an accessory. But hot guns, meaning the ones that are stolen or were sold to the black market may at times come incomplete. And for guns that are homemade, a homemade silencer will be in order. A silencer is simply something that can block out the sound of a shot being fired. For impromptu situations, common soft objects can act as a silencer. When one is in the mind set of how to make a silencer, even common furniture like throw pillows or folded throw rugs can be but over the business end of a gun to muffle the sound. And speaking of muffling, a car muffler, modified to fit exactly on the end of a make shift riffle or pistol, can also act much in the same way of suppressing the sound of a gun shot, just as it does muffling the sound of a car. Most creative builders will be able to know how to make a silencer. They will have the tools to create these devices and they will be able to make them, and also make enough of them, using only cheap materials. Anything that can be found in the home or in the garage can be used to create a silencer. And a silencer does not even have to look great or look polished. All a silencer needs to do is muffle the sound. The sound of a kill is not pretty and so the silencer does not need to look pretty to do an ugly job; all it needs to do is work.
Noise pollution has been one of the most disturbing factors for human beings, especially for those who dwell in metropolitan cities where the humongous traffic contributes to the environment nothing but loud and grumbly noise that evacuate from the engines of the vehicles. Each year, the numbers of these residents who suffer from stress and depression issues are reportedly noticed to have picked this problem mainly from the noisy traffic. This leads to an unhealthy and disturbed society where people have difficulty in getting a firm grip on their steamy emotions at even the slightest of the banters. We all are quite familiar with the term ‘silencer' and upon hearing this word, the foremost thing that strikes the mind is the long, cylindrical, pipe-shaped aluminum rod made up of iron that we can find in almost all the fuel-operated vehicles including cars, bikes and heavy-duty vehicles. The term silencer can be interchangeably used with several other alternative names including suppressor or muffler. Silencers work best by suppressing the noise that results from the combustive processes when an engine starts or is in running condition. In doing so, the loud and irritable noise thus produced is dispersed and some of it is converted into excessive heat that eventually evacuates through the open hole at the end of the structure. But even with the continuous evolvement in the shape and design of silencers, the ultimate and desired goal of getting rid of notorious sound still remains unattained. In the following passage, we shall try to solve the mystery of How To Make A Silencer actually work silently. Ideally, the ultimate purpose of an effective silencer should be to try and negate the huge and unwelcoming noise that comes out of the engine by either cancelling it out entirely or converting it into excessive heat or by diverting the sound into an opposite direction which will eventually lead to a significant suppression in the sound. Although many silencer production companies place a huge value on their uniqueness in providing effective noise suppression solutions, there does not seem to be much veracity to their fake claims. One of the more appropriate solutions would be to see these ominously disturbing silencers completely out of sight by replacing them with eco-friendly engines that might not even require a silencer as we have already seen in case of battery-operated vehicles. Although the proposed is somewhat expensive in its current stance but hopefully one day soon we shall find ourselves living in a pollution-free environment (at least noise-wise). |
